If you are arriving at the airport just go to baggage claim and retrieve your baggage then call the hotel at 704-392-1200 – tell the Hotel operator how many people need to be picked up. Shuttles cannot wait at the airport because of the new Airport laws. Sheraton shuttles pick up all guests in Zone B. For participants who are driving, parking is available at no additional charge.
