YASM Mentoring Institute (YMI) is the mentoring program of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in North America Young Adults and Singles Ministry (RCCGNA YASM).

It was born out of a passionate desire to facilitate the evolution of godly leadership among young adults. YMI seeks ways and means to release leadership gifts among young adults (18 to 35 year olds). It is cross-cultural, multi-generational and multi-modal.
